Dry Creek Ranch Enters 4th Farming Season, Begins Construction on Equestrian Arena | July 2022

Dry Creek Ranch, a master planned community just outside of Boise, ID – developed by Boise Hunter Homes – has eclipsed an impressive milestone of 300 finished homes in just under 3 years. Ultimately Dry Creek Ranch will become 1,815 homes on 1,400+ acres. With large sized lots, award-winning homes, an amazing neighborhood atmosphere, and a perfect location surrounded by natural Idaho beauty, Dry Creek Ranch has found itself among the most popular places to live in the Treasure Valley.

In honoring the 1,400+ acre site’s heritage, Boise Hunter Homes’ hired a full-time farm manager and created a working farm for residents to enjoy. Dry Creek Ranch’s farm-to-table lifestyle has certainly been one of its strongest attractions. For a nominal annual membership, residents can sign up for the Community Supported Agricultural Program (CSA), and receive weekly produce delivered to their door during the farm season (May-October). “Amidst the community, Dan Meyer has created a heart-felt effect,” says Boise Hunter Homes’ co-owner Cody Hunter. “We frequently hear about how much residents enjoy the farming culture he has cultivated. It is the outstanding produce he delivers paired with his personal connection that continues to make a rippling effect in this place.” An onsite Farmer’s Market occurs every Tuesday from 4pm-6pm. Both residents and non-residents are encouraged to come and enjoy the freshest produce in town.  Visit dcrfarm.com for more information.

Boise Hunter Homes is also pleased to announce the construction of a new equestrian arena and adjacent stables in Dry Creek Ranch. With the internal trail system throughout the master planned community and eventual connections to Stack Rock and Eagle Bike Park, equestrian lovers will soon have access to miles of regional trails. More details will be announced as the equestrian facility comes to a completion. Horse lovers can also build modest stables for a pair of horses on our ½-acre to 1+ acre lots. The Estates features some of the most breathtaking home designs, finishes, and of course the largest lots within Dry Creek Ranch.

Three neighborhoods within Dry Creek Ranch are actively selling, with new phases grading now. From Creekside lots, to 1-acre homesites, endless amenities, incredible views and more, Dry Creek Ranch continues to pursue its goal to become the most desirable place to live in the Treasure Valley.
