The Nationals Awards!

The National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) has announced the Silver Award Winners for The Nationals, the largest homebuilding awards show in North America. Our company is incredibly grateful to have earned a silver award for “Best 3,500-4,000 SqFt Model Home” (The Palisade) and “Best 30-60 Second Video” (Harris North).

The Palisade is our main model home in The Hills at Dry Creek Ranch, and features a double-sided fireplace, gorgeous vaulted ceiling, and a beautifully functional floorplan. Harris North has been a mainstay in the world of luxury real estate in Boise. The final phase, The Pinnacle, has taken this luxury to new heights with brand new floorplans, gorgeous finishes, and the most remarkable views in the Treasure Valley.

The Nationals honors the best in the building industry – including home builders, developers, associates, and consultants – for their determination, integrity, creativity and endurance. During a four-day judging process, a panel of 13 industry professionals from across the country determine the award recipients from a field of over 1,200 entries.
