A client recently sent us their expereince of building with Boise Hunter Homes.  This is their story:

We were not seriously looking to build our new home.  We just happened on Boise Hunter Homes, and the more models we saw, the more we liked what we saw.  From our first meeting with BHH we were impressed to find there was no sales pressure. There was just a genuine interest in what we wanted in a home.  Mike listened to us talk about what we liked and did not like. He made at least a full page of notes, and a few days later he shared a floor plan that suits us.  The entire experience was pleasant.  A part of the BHH process was the assignment of Ellyn as our coordinator–an amazing service.  There was no question Ellyn could not answer; including always directing us to the correct person if necessary.  Responses were timely, accurate and always professional with a pleasant sense of humor. It was a joy to learn all the services for blinds, sprinklers, landscaping and fencing would be be available as part of the building process so we would not have to worry about those details after the move.  Through the building process we had the opportunity to meet many of the sub contractors.  Each was not only friendly and professional, but always willing to share the work they were doing.  The job site was always clean and tidy, factors associated with both quality and safety.  The few post-construction follow-up items have been quickly and efficiently completed.  We are thrilled with our home and look forward to enjoying it for many years to come.  Would we use BHH again to build a home?  Without a doubt — only the next time we will ask them to include the packing, moving and unpacking service

BHH Homeowners for 3 weeks!

Recently we visited with a new home owner about their home buying experience. Here is the result. If pictures say a thousand words, this will cover about 6 trillion!
