Once you have submitted the information, a Boise Hunter Homes representative will contact you within 48-hours. As a friendly reminder, please remember to check your email and voicemail for any updates regarding your request.
Prior to submitting a claim for your air conditioning unit, please check the following:
* The switch in your breaker box is not tripped
* The breaker on the unit is not tripped (not all units have this)
* Thermostat is flipped to cool and is set below the temperature inside
* Batteries in your thermostat have been replaced if it has been more than ten months.
