In Meridian, off Eagle Road, Rosauers Supermarket plans to open. The store is planned near two of our communities, Saguaro Canyon and Saguaro Springs. Reports indicate that over 100 people will be employed by the supermarket and construction is expected to begin this Fall. According to the Idaho Business Review, “the store includes a full grocery, a specialty and ethnic food department, and a 10,000-square-foot area of natural and organic products called Huckleberry’s Natural Market.”
