The Livingston is definitely an impressive floorplan. Just based on size alone, it is over three thousand one hundred square feet including three outdoor porches! It is one of the models in Lakemoor. You may have seen this home before as it was the 2010 Boise Hunter Homes Parade Home. It received three awards and we believe you will also be impressed.

A short story about Saguaro Springs.

Last year Boise Hunter Homes made a bold move and bought an entire subdivision that had become a victim to the current market. While some questioned this move,  we saw was an amazing opportunity for our company and home owners. We saw a great community with a park, walking trails, basketball court and shaded picnic area. The next step was to create a product that prospective buyers would stop to see and never want to leave.

Some of you may have tripped over the word product, as opposed to the word home, because although we build homes what you buy is a particular floorplan, amenities, lot size, # of garage bays and other features. It has to be in a community that appeals to you and that you would be proud to live in.

That being said Saguaro Springs has exceeded our expectations and the feedback has been great from every angle. Speaking of angles, here is a video tour through the community. We have had beautiful weather in Boise Idaho for building homes this week, we hope in continues.
