Location, Location, Location. We have been able to buy lots in A class subdivisions. Each community is different and provides clients an opportunity to compare lots sizes, amenities and price point. With locations in Meridian (Saguaro Canyon and Saguaro Springs), Eagle (Lakemoor), above Hidden Springs (Rolling Hills) and coming soon to Northeast Boise (Harris Ranch) we offer a large variety of styles and sizes to choose from.
Building Partners. We must tell that in business, it really is about people. Four years ago we started building our business and determining whom we could trust to best take care of our clients. Finding sub contractors is not easy but is very exciting. In the begining we had to develop relationships and communicate our expectations. Sometimes we decided to continue looking so that we could develop a team that was consistent and understood. We are proud of the building partners we have developed and you are welcome to ask them if we are a good comapny as well to work with. It is a two way street.
Visually Stimulating. We have discussed the WOW factor before but you can’t sell a home without it. Our homes not only contain quality in the walls but also incredible interior and exterior finishes. They have to, right?
Compared to what? Even if we do our job right, it still has to outshine other homes. It has to be at least one degree better than comparable homes. It has to be a better value than the competition including distressed properties. The community has to feel right.
It all has to come together or we did not answer the question- why Boise Hunter Homes! In 2010, Boise Hunter Homes is again going to increase the number of homes we sold compared to the year before because we continue to ask why.
