Every year an event sponsored by the Building Contractors Association of Southwestern Idaho brings home-buyers out to tour the latest homes built by Boise home builders. For anyone wanting to learn more about the latest floorplans, interior design, exterior finishes and any thing else about new homes this is a great event for you.

- Best Overall 2009 Boise Parade Home
This year we have two homes in the spring home show. One is in Saguaro Canyon, off Locust Grove Rd just south of Chinden and the second is just 2 1/2 miles away in Lakemoor off Eagle Rd north of Chinden. The show begins May 1st and the homes are still under construction so be patient, but you are welcome to stop by any of our communities and tour other model homes.
Also, we have a special event planned for May 15th, BSU Day. More information to come but come see the 2010 Fiesta Bowl Trophy on display in Lakemoor!
