We would follow it by telling you that Boise Hunter Homes has a design drafter on staff to help you design your home whether it be a custom home or customizing one of our floorplans. Not many builders can say that. We would also tell you that we have a person on staff who is responsible to coordinate the construction of your home with what you ordered with our suppliers. We would tell you that there is a superintendent who oversees every aspect of the construction of your home. Additionally, after the home is completed we have someone designated to work with you on any warranty issues or anything else you need to ensure we meet your expectations.
Finally, unlike any home builder in town that builds homes for Move-Up Buyers we would tell you these are not the same person.
