Earlier this summer Boise Hunter Homes purchased Madelynn Estates. This community is off of Locust Grove, just south of Chinden Blvd. If you are familiar with the area you may also recognize it is east of Saguaro Canyon, which is why we decided to rename the community Saguaro Springs. We are breaking ground on new model homes in the coming weeks and already have 5 custom homes under contract.
