Boise Hunter Homes made the commitment to go 100% Energy Star, which means all of the homes built are Energy Star Certified. One of the leading factors in our decision was our quest to continue to increase the quality of our construction. We also wanted to show our commitment to our homeowners and the community by building responsibly. Some of the Energy Star features include (but are not limited to) 2×6 exterior wall construction, 98% or better furnance, sealed ducts. Once the home is completed a certified Energy Star professional tests the home to ensure all Energy Star requirments are meet.
